Program Overview

The Zealynx Audit Grants program funds smart contract security audits for Web3 protocols. Selected projects receive grant funding that covers their audit cost, performed by the Zealynx Security team using the same process, tools, and standards as any paid engagement.

We support Solidity, Rust (Solana), Cairo (StarkNet), Sway (Fuel), and TypeScript. We cover any EVM-compatible network (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche), Solana, StarkNet, and Fuel.

About Zealynx Security

Zealynx Security is a boutique Web3 smart contract audit firm founded by Carlos Vendrell Felici aka Bloqarl, and based in Wroclaw, Poland. We have completed over 32 security audits across DeFi, infrastructure, and AI security.

Founder-led audits, which means senior-led. Every audit has direct involvement from Carlos, a security researcher with contributions to private audits alongside Cyfrin, Pashov Audit Group, Immunefi, and Sherlock. You communicate directly with the people reading your code, no account managers, no handoffs.

Grant Tiers

Each tier is a percentage subsidy on your scoped audit cost. All tiers receive the same audit quality.

• Core Grant (100% subsidy): Your audit is fully covered. You pay nothing. Typical value up to $32,000 for a standard engagement.
• Growth Grant (50% subsidy): We cover half your audit cost. You pay the remaining 50%. Typical value up to $16,000.
• Builder Grant (25% subsidy): We cover a quarter of your audit cost. You pay the remaining 75%. Typical value up to $8,000.

Grants are applied as a percentage discount on your final Zealynx audit invoice, determined after a post-award scope review at our standard rate of $8,000 per auditor per week. Core winners get the audit free. Growth winners pay 50%. Builder winners pay 75%. One Core grant, two Growth grants, and multiple Builder grants are awarded per round.

Evaluation Criteria (100 points)

Applications are scored on a 100-point scale. Product Engagement and Social Sharing are optional but improve your score.

• Product Engagement (40 points): Krait Claude Skill (5), Krait Platform (10), 3 eMBA modules (10), 1 Shadow Audit (10), AI Auditor Agent (5)
• Social Sharing (15 points): Share on X (5), Share on LinkedIn (5), Referral (5)
• Protocol Merit (35 points): Innovation (10), Community impact (10), Code readiness (10), Fuzzing and invariant tests (5)
• Team (10 points): Public team (5), GitHub activity (5)

Eligibility

Open to Web3 protocols with written smart contract code on any supported chain and language. Individual developers, DAOs, and companies are eligible.

Not eligible: competitor security firms, protocols already in active audit engagement with Zealynx, projects without written code, forks with no meaningful innovation, anonymous teams.

How to Apply

1. Create an account on the grants platform.
2. Fill out the application form with your protocol details.
3. Optional: complete scoring tasks to improve your score.
4. Submit your application before the deadline.
5. Zealynx reviews all applications (1 to 2 weeks).
6. Winners are announced and notified by email.

FAQ

Are the grants fixed cash amounts or percentage discounts? They are percentage discounts applied to the actual cost of your scoped audit. Core = 100% covered (you pay $0). Growth = 50% covered (you pay 50%). Builder = 25% covered (you pay 75%). The typical values ($32k / $16k / $8k) represent a standard 2-auditor, 2-week engagement.

What chains and languages are supported? Solidity, Rust (Solana), Cairo (StarkNet), Sway (Fuel), and TypeScript on any EVM chain, Solana, StarkNet, and Fuel.

How is my application scored? 100-point scale: Product Engagement (40), Social Sharing (15), Protocol Merit (35), Team (10).
